No compromise on fair poll: Regmi

KATHMANDU, May 23: Chairman of Interim Election Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi said Thursday there would be no compromise on conducting new Constituent Assembly elections in a free and fair manner.



Regmi, talking to a team of journalists who had approached him, said there is no alternative to holding fresh CA elections and added he has intensified political consultation, of late, in order to announce an election date at the earliest.
