KATHMANDU, Jan 1: Chairman of the main opposition party CPN-UML and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has alleged that Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba had signed a nine-point agreement with senior doctor Govinda KC to support those who run businesses by supplying students abroad.

Speaking at a program organized in Bhaktapur on Friday, Chairman Oli also accused Prime Minister Deuba of ruining the dream of Nepali children who do not have money to attend a medical college by agreeing not to open a nursing college in Nepal.

He argued that Prime Minister Deuba's agreement with KC had ruined the lives of students while giving benefits to those companies that send students abroad. He expressed outrage over the agreement to close schools and colleges and said that the intellectuals had remained silent about it.

Oli claimed that the country's economy had collapsed and there was a lack of liquidity in the bank due to the current government.

Similarly, pointing to Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Chairman Oli also satirized that those who have no respect are always in the government. He said that his party was serving the country and the people when in the government by implementing its policies and by opposing the wrong policies in the opposition.

Chairman Oli maintained that most youths were forced to go abroad in search of employment due to the Maoist people's war and that such a situation will now come to an end.
