KATHMANDU, Nov 5: The police have arrested a person involved in vandalism and arson on the Police Circle at New Baneshwor during the Gen Z protest.
The District Police Office, Kathmandu, arrested Shivam Chaudhary, 18, originally from Dhanusha district and currently staying at Mahalaxmi Municipality of Lalitpur.

He was involved in torching and vandalizing the Police Circle and the Parliament Building at New Baneshwor on September 9. He was also found involved in looting and misusing police uniform.
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pavan Kumar Bhattarai, shared information regarding the arrest.. Further investigation is underway, Bhattarai added.
