On Sunday, Oli had held a meeting with ministers and secretaries and instructed them to work actively in the service of the public leaving behind the typical way of the general administration.

During Wednesday's meeting, Oli will seek to understand the problems and challenges of provincial governments and their suggestion to resolve those problems.

Due to lack of clarity, provincial governments are in a fix over formulating laws and expediting works that are supposed to be carried out by the provincial governments.
