At a face-to-face with journalists at Siraha Headquarters today, he further said that the CA election could take place even if he did not resign from the CJ, however constitution will not be drafted.
The Unified CPN (Maoist) and Madhesi Morcha are standing against the holding of CA election, he claimed. He said that the UCPN (Maoist) and Madhesi Morcha have backtracked from the earlier agreed agenda that includes disclosure of property, provision of threshold and downsizing the CA strength from 601 to 491.
