KATHMANDU, March 6: The Rastriya Swatantra Party has taken an early lead in Kathmandu Constituency-3.
RSP candidate Raju Pandey has secured 2,960 votes, according to Election Officer Chamila Bhattarai.

Meanwhile, Kulman Ghising of the Ujyalo Nepal Party has received 2,706 votes, while Ramesh Aryal of the Nepali Congress has secured 1,011 votes.
