KATHMANDU, June 15: The Tri-Nation T20 series featuring Nepal, Scotland, and the Netherlands kicks off today in Glasgow, Scotland. In the opening match, hosts Scotland will take on the Netherlands at 6:45 pm NST.
Nepal is set to play its first match of the series tomorrow (Monday), against the Netherlands. The Nepali team is currently in Scotland for its fourth round of the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 series and will remain there for the T20 series.

Key allrounders Sompal Kami and Gulshan Jha, who were injured during practice and missed the final League 2 match against the Netherlands, will also miss the T20 series. In their place, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has added Lokesh Bam, Kiran Thagunna, and Rupesh Singh to the squad.
In the recently concluded League 2 series, Nepal won three out of four matches and currently sits in seventh place on the table with 12 points from 16 matches.
