KATHMANDU, Nov 26: TikTok has launched its new Time and Well-being space to help users develop mindful digital habits and promote a balanced online experience, TikTok said in a press release.
The update introduces tools such as an affirmational journal, soothing sound generator and mindful breathing exercises. It also includes four Well-being Missions that encourage long-term healthy digital habits, rewarding users with digital badges for completing activities like tracking screen time and maintaining sleep routines, the press release states further.

According to the press release, these features are designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and positive reinforcement rather than restrictions. TikTok plans to expand the accessibility of the Time and Well-being space, integrating it further into the platform to help users foster a healthier relationship with technology.
