KATHMANDU, Sept 6: A former dean of University of California Davis H. Rao Unnava and and his wife, an associate professor as the university Vasundhara ‘Vasu’ Unnava are reported to be missing after Bhotekoshi-Trishuli floods hit Rasuwa and a number of adjoining districts.
