RAJHA, Dec 18: A woman died after being hit by a pick-up van of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) in Banke's Kohalpur last night. Usha Gurung, a resident of Kohalpur municipality-11, died when she was hit by a pick-up van (Ba 1 Yn 2438 ) going to Kohalpur from Nepalganj, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ain Bahadur Malla, Area Police Office Kohalpur.

According to him, Gurung died on the spot after being hit by the van. The van was impounded by the police last night. DSP Malla said that the van belonged to NEA, Kohalpur.
