He was found hanged in the toilet of the quarters after being searched by the employees as he did not appear at the office all day on Wednesday.
According to Police Inspector of the Ward Police Office Nepalgunj, Sudhir Shahi, Mishra seems to have committed suicide, but the police have started investigation to find out the truth.
Engineer Mishra, a resident of Bharatpur of Chitwan was working in the office for the past two years.
