Provincial Chief Surendralabh Karna appointed him on Tuesday on the recommendation of Chief Minister Krishna Prasad Yadav. The appointment was made in accordance with Article 160 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to a statement issued by the Officiating Secretary of the Provincial Chief's Office, Shatrudhan Yadav.
