KATHMANDU, May 29 : Harka Sampang, chairperson of the Shram Sanskriti Party, walked out of the federal parliament while the national budget presentation was still underway.
Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle was delivering the budget speech in a joint sitting of Parliament when Sampang left the session midway.

Speaking briefly before exiting, he said he had other important commitments. “My other party colleagues are inside. I have other important work, so I left,” Sampang said.
The budget presentation continued in Parliament despite his departure.
