It may be noted that the former Prime Minister was arrested by police at his residence in Bhaktapur last Saturday in connection with the implementation of the recommendations by the Commission formed to investigate the September 8 and 9 GenZ movement.
Before he could be produced before the Court, Oli was admitted to the teaching hospital, citing health complications.
Police arrested NC leader and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak for the same charges, and he remains in detention. The Commission has recommended prosecution against both leaders on criminal offense.
