The Federation has alleged that 87 employees and workers at Hello Nepal were expelled in unjustified manner. Before this, All Nepal Revolutionary Communications and Press Workers Association had been carrying out various protest programs.

The central office and the Hetauda-based office of Ncell were vandalized in course of the protest programs. The Association has stated that three of its members have been detained by police.
