Similarly, the FNJ chapter will honour journalist Arati Chataut with Active Journalism Award.
While Acharya has been chosen for the award for his outstanding role to the fulfillment of rights of working journalists, Chataut will be honoured with the award for her special contribution to investigative journalism.
Both the awards carry a purse of Rs. 15,000 each. The awards were established in memory of late president of the FNJ chapter Ashok Shrestha.
