The bomb dipossal team defused the bombs, said Kamalpokhari Metropolitan Police Circle.
Police Inspecter Milan K.C. said police found a pumplet issued in the name of Samyukta Jatiya Mukti Janabidroha 2066.
Co-general secratary of RPPN Raja Ram Shrestha said RPPN would not withdraw party´s principle though some anarchical groups attempted harashing the party cadres and leaders with such activities.
Shrestha also expressed his concern with the government for weak security.
