Gold, silver prices slip

The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association reported that gold price fell Rs 900 per tola from Thursday, closing at Rs 252,400 per tola, while silver dropped Rs 70 per tola to Rs 3,555.

KATHMANDU, Nov 5: Gold and silver prices dipped on Friday. 



The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA) reported that gold price fell Rs 900 per tola from Thursday, closing at Rs 252,400 per tola, while silver dropped Rs 70 per tola to Rs 3,555.

On Thursday, gold and silver traded at Rs 253,300 and Rs 3,625 per tola, respectively.


In the global market, one ounce of gold is trading at USD 4,240 and silver at USD 58, mirroring the decline seen locally.
