KATHMANDU, Sept 29: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said the government is committed to holding the election on the scheduled time.
In a message of best wishes on the occasion of Bada Dashain today, Prime Minister Karki mentioned that the incumbent government was formed on the foundation of Gen-Z Protest and this government would hold the election to the House of Representatives on time.

She also expressed commitment to maintain good governance in the country. Prime Minister Karki wished peace and happiness to all the Nepali sisters and brothers at home and abroad on the occasion of Bada Dashain.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Sushila Karki will not receive Dashain Tika, nor offer it to the general public this year, according to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
