Rameshwar Phuyal, Ramhari Khatiwada, Hitraj Pandey and Yashoda Lama were among those who underscored the need of implementing it.
Several other lawmakers said that the proposal was vague and ambiguous and they wanted that the proposal be made more concrete in what it wanted to do.
"Announcement of the resolution motion itself is not enough. It needs to be made more concrete and clear in its plans," said Kamala Dong. "Otherwise, it can't be implemented."
Bhesh Kumari Raut, Surendra Karki, Yashoda Lama, Ramhari Khatiwada, Saraswati Bajimaya and Hitraj Pandey were other lawmakers underscoring the need of making the proposal more concrete.
