Lightning claims 1 in Dhading

GAJURI (Dhading), May 12: A lightning that struck on Monday evening killed a person and injured five others in Nilkantha municipality-11. The lightning hit five persons when they were sitting together at a house.

According to the police, the deceased is Sushil Gurung of Nilkantha municipality-11, Sankosh Jhorle.

Seriously injured Gurung breathed his last while being rushed to Dhading District Hospital. The injured in the incident are Kamala Gurung, Amrita Gurung, Pramisha Gurung, Shanti Thapa and Man Bahadur Gurung.

They are being treated in the district hospital. RSS
