BANEPA, Nov 2: Gangster Ganesh Lama has filed his candidacy representing Nepali Congress from Kavre -1 (b). He filed his candidacy along with the other NC leaders at the election office on Thursday.
Along with Gangster Lama, Tirtha Lama (Kavre-1) and Madhu Acharya (Kavre-2) have also registered their candidacies for the House of Representatives elections.

“I have filed my candidacy for the sake of democracy,” Lama told journalists.
Similarly, NC has fielded CB Lama from Kavre-1 (a).
Gangster Lama, who amassed a huge amount of money through hooliganism and smuggling, had joined Bijaya Gachchhadar-led then Democratic Forum Nepal after the police started targeting gangsters.
Deuba had agreed to provide a ticket to gangster Lama when Gachchhadar joined Nepali Congress.
