POKHARA, Feb 3: Departmental team Nepal Police Club (NPC) has defeated Ruslan Three Star Club 1-0 goal to become the winner of the 16th edition of Aaha Rara Gold Cup held in Pokhara on Friday.
The match was extended 20 minutes after both the teams played a goal-less draw in the alloted time.

In the extended time, Ram Wajee from NPC scored a goal to claim victory in the first half. NPC has got a cash prize of Rs 701, 000 along with a medal while the first runner-up Ruslan Three Star Club bagged Rs 351, 000 along with a trophy.
Ravi Paswan was declared 'Man of the Match' of the tournament. He was given away a Hero Scooter. Similarly, Bishwas Shrestha of Three Star Club bagged the Best Striker title.
