KATHMANDU, April 22: Authorities have begun recording the statement of Durga Prasai, identified as the key orchestrator of the violence during royalist demonstration in Tinkune. The process commenced after he was presented at the District Government Attorney’s Office in Babarmahal.
According to officials, Prasai’s statement was partially taken on Monday due to time constraints, and the process continued on Tuesday. He is being investigated under multiple charges, including attempted murder, organized crime, treason, and criminal disturbance.
