"The United Nations Security Council has already decided to recall UNMIN. We held discussion on an alternative arrangement after UNMIN leaves Nepal and integration and rehabilitation of Maoist army combatants," Poudel told reporters after the meeting.
Talks also centered on equipping the Special Committee with necessary manpower and human resources, he said.
The US envoy said that talks revolved around implementation of peace process, government formation and integration and rehabilitation of Maoist army fighters since UNMIN´s departure is almost certain.

"We discussed ways to take the peace process to its logical conclusion after UNMIN´s exit," DeLisi said, adding that Nepal´s political parties are capable to solve the country´s problems.
Poudel also said that there is a clear provision on integration and rehabilitation of Maoist combatants in the Comprehensive Peace Accord and the Interim Constitution and the Special Committee has to be made effective now.
