KATHMANDU, Dec 17: Voting for leadership selection at the ongoing 11th National General Convention of the CPN-UML saw 700 votes cast by 4 PM on Wednesday.
According to the Election Commission, out of 2,263 eligible voters, roughly one-third had cast their votes by 4 PM. Voting began at 9:30 AM this morning at Bhrikuti Mandap.

KP Sharma Oli and Ishwar Pokhrel are contesting for the party chairmanship, with both leading their respective panels for the party leadership. Voting is taking place via electronic voting machines at Bhrikuti Mandap.
