GANDAKI, June 2: The Gandaki Province government is unveiling policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year, 2026/27, later today.
Province Chief Dilliraj Bhatta is scheduled to present the government policies and programmes in the Province Assembly at 4:00 PM, according to Govind Paudel, secretary at the Province Assembly secretariat.

The provincial governments are constitutionally stipulated to bring the budget on Asar 1 of the Nepali calendar, which is preceded by the unveiling of the policies and programmes.
The budget session of the Provincial Assembly began a week ago. The Province Assembly secretariat stated that a discussion was held on the principles and priorities of the appropriation bill.
