Gold edges up, silver prices decline in domestic market

The price of fine gold increased by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 285,200 on Thursday from Rs 284,800 on Wednesday.

KATHMANDU, July 16: Gold prices in the domestic market rose slightly on Thursday, while silver prices declined, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA).

The price of fine gold increased by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 285,200 on Thursday from Rs 284,800 on Wednesday.


Meanwhile, silver prices fell by Rs 90 per tola to Rs 4,325 on Thursday, down from Rs 4,415 the previous day, the FENEGOSIDA reported.
