KATHMANDU, Dec 3: The launch ceremony of the Ujyaalo Nepal Party, with Energy Minister Kulman Ghising in attendance, has officially begun. The event started at 2 PM at Pragya Bhawan in Kamaladi.
Minister Ghising, who is also part of the incumbent government, participated in the program and inaugurated the event by lighting an electric lamp.

Earlier, the party had already been registered with the Election Commission under the leadership of former government secretary Anup Kumar Upadhyaya as its chairperson. During today’s ceremony, the party’s long-term vision, core objectives, and detailed manifesto are being formally unveiled.
