KATHMANDU, Jan 5: Robbers stabbed to death a bank guard in Sindhuli and made away with Rs 3.7 million Sunday night, officials said. The robbers locked two bank guards inside a room and stabbed another with sharp weapon before fleeing with Rs 4 million rupees in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sindhulimadi branch, said Chief District Officer Sagarmani Parajuli. He said Rs 200,000 was found left in the bank premises and another Rs 100,000 was found in nearby field. Police have been carrying out investigation, Parajuli said. The robbers broke into the bank from its back side.
