Store petroleum products to meet 90-day demand: PM Dahal

KATHMANDU, Jan 24: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday directed concerned agencies to manage storage of petroleum products in a way to meet demand for 90 days.

KATHMANDU, Jan 24: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday directed concerned agencies to manage storage of petroleum products in a way to meet demand for 90 days.



During a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office, Singha Durbar, PM Dahal directed the officials at Ministry of Supplies and Ministry of Finance and office-bearers of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) to stock petroleum products to meet the demand for three months.



He assured the officials of allocating necessary budget to construct petroleum storage tanks.



The Prime Minister further directed to complete the construction of petroleum pipeline up to Amlekhgunj or Chitwan. He also directed the officials to find out ways to provide relief to the people.
