KATHMANDU, Oct 8: Voting for the Nepali Congress’ 15th General Convention has been postponed until Friday morning after the Election Committee failed to complete the necessary technical and logistical preparations on Thursday.
The committee had initially scheduled voting to begin at 7 am Thursday but postponed it several times due to rain and technical problems. It first rescheduled the voting for 10 am and later pushed it to 1 pm as preparations remained incomplete.
