Whitehouse eased past Depot 31-13 riding on 10 points of Ayusha Malla. Triton ousted Prime 32-13. Roshani Gurung contributed 12 points for the winning side.
Likewise, Golden Gate thrashed Kaski 41-24. Neha Chaudhary topscored with 20 points for Golden Gate.
Similarly, Xavier International saw off Naag Sports Club 59-45. Sima Karki netted 19 points for Xaviers.
SAG taekwondo medalists felicitated
KATHMANDU, Feb 24: Eyecore Films Pvt Ltd honored the taekwondo medalists of the 11th South Asian Games on Wednesday.
It awarded Rs 50,000 each to gold medalists Deepak Bista and Ayasha Shakya while silver medalists Kumar Manandhar and Manita Shahi bagged a purse of 25,000 each.
Similarly, bronze medalists Dan Bahadur Airee and Yan Kumari Chaulagain were given away Rs 15,000 each. Four other taekwondo participants -- Badri Nath Basnet, Ashish Maharjan, Sabina Maharjan and Ramesh Kumar Shrestha -- were also given Rs 5,000 each.
Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation Sarat Singh Bhandari gave away prizes to the players amidst a function.
