KATHMANDU, Nov 16: The Nepal Rastra Bank has published the latest foreign exchange rates for November 16. According to today’s update, the buying rate for the US Dollar stands at Rs 141.70, while the selling rate has been set at Rs 142.30.
Forex Update: US dollar appreciates
The buying rate for the European Euro is Rs 164.53, and the selling rate is Rs 165.22. Similarly, the British Pound is being traded at Rs 186.13 for buying and Rs 186.92 for selling.
The Swiss Franc is listed at Rs 178.91 for buying and Rs 179.67 for selling.
Among the major currencies highlighted today, the Australian Dollar has a buying rate of Rs 92.23 and a selling rate of Rs 92.62. The Canadian Dollar is being traded at Rs 100.94 for buying and Rs 101.37 for selling. Likewise, the Singapore Dollar is currently valued at Rs 108.79 for buying and Rs 109.25 for selling.
These rates reflect Thursday’s official figures and may vary slightly across commercial banks depending on transaction type and service charges.
