LALITPUR, June 2: Foundation For The Future (FFTF), in collaboration with Lalitpur Metropolitan City (LMC), has successfully completed a six-day “AI Training for Content Creators” program aimed at building digital skills and AI literacy among students, the organizers said in a press release.
The training, held in two phases from May 12–14 and May 19–21, engaged 48 students who had completed Grades 10 and 12, the press release said.
Led by AI/ML engineer and trainer Atul Srivastava and software engineer Jagat Jyoti Tuladhar, the program introduced participants to tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, NotebookLM, Perplexity, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Suno, and others. The sessions focused on prompt engineering, digital storytelling, multimedia content creation, AI ethics, misinformation awareness, and digital safety.

The press release further stated that students also worked on AI-assisted storytelling projects highlighting Lalitpur’s culture, heritage, and communities, while learning teamwork, research, and communication skills.
The training included sessions on Nepal’s cyber laws, privacy protection, fact-checking, and responsible use of AI technologies, the press release said.
Organizers said participants showed significant improvement in confidence, creativity, and practical AI skills, with increased interest in exploring technology-driven learning.
The program concluded with reflections, appreciation remarks, and a commitment to continue promoting AI literacy and responsible digital citizenship among students in Lalitpur.
