KATHMANDU, Dec 10: Coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has said full implementation of human rights is a need of the hour to bolster inclusive democracy and social justice.
Extending his message of best wishes on the occasion of the 77th Human Rights Day today, Coordinator Dahal argued that neither a civilized and prosperous society nor a true democracy can be realized in the absence of social justice.

He stressed the urgency of transitional justice, relating it as an integral part of human rights and truth, and justice to the conflict victims. "It is our political and moral responsibility to provide justice to the conflict victims to conclude transitional justice in time," he stressed.
Dahal argued irrespective of having an inherent right of any individual to live a dignified life, a huge section of Dalit, women, indigenous, Muslim, Madhesi, marginalized and oppressed communities is still facing discrimination caused by the State apparatus. It is worrying indeed, the Coordinator viewed.
Meaningful participation of this section in the system helps to foster inclusive democracy and human rights, according to him
